By accessing or using these websites and services (collectively referred to as the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Purchases

If you wish to purchase any products, courses, memberships, kits, or standalone offers available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to provide certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, but not limited to, your name, address, email, payment details, and any other information necessary to complete the transaction.

Billing and Payment: By making a purchase, you agree to pay all fees associated with your order. Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate and up to date.

Purchase Agreement: All purchases are also governed by the Purchase Agreement, which you agree to by completing any purchase. Please review the Purchase Agreement before making any purchase.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, courses, memberships, kits, and products provided by Enlightening Motherhood LLC are the intellectual property of Enlightening Motherhood LLC and Emily Hamblin. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on these materials without prior written consent from Enlightening Motherhood LLC.

You may use the materials for personal use, within your family, or in a single classroom setting, provided that you do not share, distribute, or publicly present these materials in any form (digital or physical) without proper attribution to Emily Hamblin or Enlightening Motherhood LLC. This includes but is not limited to, social media, blogs, webinars, conferences, or other public platforms. You must give appropriate credit to Emily Hamblin or Enlightening Motherhood LLC whenever sharing or distributing materials within these allowed contexts.

You agree not to share your login information with others. Sharing your login details, allowing others to access the content, or distributing login credentials is prohibited.

3. Liability and Disclaimer

Enlightening Motherhood LLC provides coaching, courses, memberships, kits, and products solely for educational and informational purposes. These materials are intended for personal development, parenting guidance, and self-improvement. They are not a substitute for therapy, mental health treatment, or any other professional services.

By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge and agree that:

The coaching, courses, memberships, kits, and products provided are educational in nature only.
Enlightening Motherhood LLC does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, or mental health services, and the materials are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or mental health condition.
You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions. The Coach and Enlightening Motherhood LLC are not liable for any adverse effects or outcomes resulting from the use of these educational materials.
Any decisions or actions you take based on the information provided are your responsibility. You should seek professional advice from a licensed therapist, counselor, doctor, or other qualified professional if you need help with mental health issues or other personal matters.
In no event shall Enlightening Motherhood LLC or Emily Hamblin be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the services and products, including but not limited to, any emotional distress, physical harm, or mental health concerns.

By using the coaching services, courses, and products, you confirm that you understand and agree to this clear disclaimer regarding the limitations of the services provided.

4. Refunds and Cancellation

Refunds are available for most products and services, subject to the terms outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase. The following refund policies apply:

Courses, Memberships, and Kits: Many of our products, including courses, memberships, and kits, offer a 7-14 day refund window, depending on the product. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you must request a refund within the specified period. The refund request must be submitted in writing to Enlightening Motherhood LLC via email. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request.
Neurodivergent Survival Kit: The Neurodivergent Survival Kit comes with a comprehensive 90-day working guarantee. To qualify for a refund, you must:Attend at least 4 live calls (or show proof of having watched the replays if the live calls were not possible due to time zone issues).
Complete all lessons, including all worksheets, and provide proof of completion.
Demonstrate that you've made a reasonable effort to apply the materials provided. Refund requests for the Neurodivergent Survival Kit must be submitted in writing to Enlightening Motherhood LLC within the 90-day guarantee period, with the required proof.
Coaching and 1:1 Coaching Services: No refunds are available for 1:1 coaching or private coaching sessions once payment has been processed. However, if coaching was offered as part of a product or membership with a specified refund period, you may request a refund according to the sales page terms at the time of purchase.
Refund Policy Exceptions: Each product or service may have specific refund policies that are clearly stated on the sales page at the time of purchase. Please refer to the respective product page for detailed refund terms. If no refund policy is mentioned, no refunds will be offered.

5. Privacy Policy

Enlightening Motherhood LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. By purchasing any of the services provided by Enlightening Motherhood LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Privacy Policy outlined on the website.

6. Name, Image, and Likeness

By purchasing any of the services provided by Enlightening Motherhood LLC, you agree that Enlightening Motherhood LLC may use your name, image, likeness, and any statements or feedback you provide in any form of communication, including as a testimonial or promotional material. If you wish to opt out of this, you must contact Enlightening Motherhood LLC in writing.

7. Payment Plan Obligations

If you have opted for a payment plan, you agree to make all agreed-upon payments as scheduled. Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of access to the services and products provided.

8. Website Use

You agree to the Terms of Service as outlined at Terms and Conditions.

You also agree to the Privacy Policy as outlined at Privacy Policy.

If applicable, you agree to the Coaching Agreement as outlined at Coaching Agreement.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. The Coach agrees to this contract by allowing the Client to purchase the offer. The Client agrees to this contract by completing the purchase.
